Looking good. Great work by all involved. I am really looking forward to checking it out when I come down for the airshow.

Now to put in place - not all that easy to do had to line up bolt holes and the pins that help hold it in place

Hi All - been a real busy weekend here - ran into a minor problem - had to replace a tire on the light - it took over 3 hours to get it replaced. The good news is that I started to paint the smaller parts to the light - tomorrow ( WEDS) it will be moved from the main hanger to the 1941 hanger so the jobs can be completed - it will be done in OD Green primer - due to the fact it will be disassembled to replace all worn - rusted - frozen parts.
There is also some final assembly work to be done by Thursday night also .
Any of the readers here that arrive early stop in and say hey - I'll be there all day till 6 or later.

Regards,
Paul

Hi All - well the big day is here the light is done !! We rapped the job around 9pm tonight - I would like to thank all of the gang who lent a helping hand throughout the day today - Steve , Chip , Ron, Zack, Taro , Bill , Bob, Brian - Thanks guys !!
It was to dark to take any photos when we finished soooo -I will post the unveiling tomorrow
Todays work consisted of reinstalling all the control rods , glass sections, clips that hold the sections on place. We also had to fabricate new temporary locking pins to hold the U -joints to the connecting rods - the old ones broke

Regards,
Paul
